NO-SHOWS, CANCELLATIONS & CONFIRMATION POLICY
To maintain an efficient scheduling process, we ask that all appointments be confirmed 48 hours in advance. If you fail to confirm or are a “no-show” for the appointment, a $150 fee may apply. As a courtesy, our office will send you an email/text appointment reminder. This policy has been implemented to minimize the impact of no-shows and short-notice cancellations, which can complicate our schedule and hinder our ability to accommodate patients who are in need of care. By allowing us to manage our time effectively, we can ensure that all our patients receive the attention and treatment you deserve.
